GENERAL SHIPPING RATES

  • Free Shipping on All US Orders (FedEx/USPS/UPS Ground). Expedited shipping is available at check out. 
  • Free Shipping On Most International Orders over $200. Depending on the destination, additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for any fees related to customs or duty. Please check your country's importation costs prior to placing your order. Teddybaldassarre.com is not responsible for any costs associated with international imports.
  • International returns due to imports/duties/customs refusal are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

SHIPPING STRAPS:

  • All nonextoic reptilian straps can be shipped worldwide.
  • Based on restrictions with international customs, we have to restrict shipping all exotic reptilian leather straps to U.S. customers only. This doesn't include calfskin leather straps made in reptilian style.
  • For International strap orders please allow 1-4 weeks (depending on the country) for delivery in order for customs to approve items. Customers are responsible for any fees related to customs or duty.

  • All watches are available for sale to US and Canada and include free shipping.
